Oh, that was you! ^_^ (Mon May 28 04:09:19 2001 )
Keisuke

doosa@mindspring.com

I didn't get to see it then, but I was in the
room... I'm a shy little mouse, I guess. ~_^ I
wanted to admire everyone's cels, but I just
couldn't imagine walking up and saying "OOOO, let
me admire that cel..." ~_^ The mouth looks so
good in the scan too! ~_^ She was absolutely so
cool- I hope someone gets her a cel of Touya!!
(Did you hear her talking about that?)

I loved getting cels signed. I know some people
think it devalues the cel, but when the person
who created a character picks up your cel and
admires it.... it just makes the whole
collecting thing worthwhile.

I got two new Keisuke cels.... And a *really*
cute one ($40!) with background of Miaka from the
OAV I- when she is changing her clothes to go
save Yui. It has her face in the mirror and
everything... Very nice, esp. for the price, I
thought. I got another of the same sequence (her
hand is up to take off her tie) which came with a
pretty cute one of Mitsukake for $10... Two cels,
$10, not bad. ^_^ Katherine likes Asylum! ~_^

Now I am just totally beat though... This was
actually my first con, and I live in Raleigh (the
Sheraton was all of 15 minutes away) and have
been an anime fan since 1995. I was really amazed
by some of the CosPlayers, more than anything
else. Some really looked AWFUL. They had body
parts hanging out of their costumes (and should
NOT have) or their costumes were just badly made.
But then some of them looked INCREDIBLE. Some of
the Utena girls looked just like their character.
Two girls dressed up as Aya had really NICE
costumes too......

 Okay, I'll stop babbling....I know no one's
reading anymore now anyway. I have to be
at work tomorrow (Yep, on Memorial Day too!) so I
better go to sleep or else... ^.^
