I've been following this ryvius issue as well and 
I don't think this message comes with a good 
intention.  Just about the time that people 
should beginning to lose interest on ryvius 
matter and someone posts another message about 
him to make us all know about it again.  It seems 
like this is same person who posted the very 
first message that started this ryvius matter.  
Not only this person doesn't reveal his name (not 
that it would really matter thought), he doesn't 
even reveal where this post came from.  There are 
several things that bugs me about this message.

Have you actually dealt with this ryvius person 
before?  Did you get cheated or have actual proof 
that he bidded on stuffs you were bidding?  I 
don't think you should doubt someone due to 2-3 
messages.  And if you do begin to have doubts 
about him, you should simply not get any things 
from him.

And as for the message that was copied from other 
forum (supposedly.  Who knows, this might of just 
made from scratch), I don't think ebay works like 
that.  ebay is a big business itself and works 
for one simple purpose, to earn much profit as 
possible.  I do not think they will let a seller 
keep on bid on his stuffs if they found out.  How 
would people who work on ebay know ryvius 
anyway?  ryvius would be one of million users of 
ebay and there is no way people who work at ebay 
would know ryvius personally to help him shill 
bid.  Instead of people getting fired, I'm sure 
more logical way should be ryvius getting banned 
from ebay most likely.  But he seems like he is 
still active.  And bottom paragraph is more 
amusing, wow, another reseller who would sell you 
something for CHEAPER than ryvius.  So I guess 
this is more about competition of business, 
yeesh.  

I'm not trying to defend this ryvius or anything, 
I don't know him personally and never dealt with 
him before.  I just wanted to point out some 
faults from this message that's all.  I don't 
think it is wise to badmouth someone just because 
you are having some doubts.  I've noticed that it 
first started with someone saying he/she did it 
(that revealing what ryvius does) for the sakes 
of cel collectors/lovers but now, it seems like 
that point is long gone and it is all about witch 
hunt him down.  Also is what is point of keep 
mentioning that "if you can't have access to 
Animate, then keep on getting from him"?  It 
seems like they want to point out that whoever 
getting the things from him after all these would 
be stupid or something...  

This is solely my own opinion so I'm sure other 
people have different view about this.  I guess 
there will be some reply to my message, either 
they can agree or disagree.  But please post 
message with some sense to it, instead of simple 
ranting to badmouth someone without some solid 
proof or evidence.
