Actually the only place that used to sell them 
wholesale was Anime World Star and 99% of what 
you got was lower quality GT cels. Out of the 100 
cels that you had to buy probably only 1-2% were 
worth much of anything. You would never have 
gotten anything of that quality or even close to 
it.  But they have sold out of their wholesale 
cels for DB anyway. I don't know of any other 
place that sells them.
