If you asked this question back in the early or 
mid 90s, I could tell you where to get wholesale 
prices for these DB cels, but not anymore, all DB, 
DBZ and even the DBGT cels have been bought by all 
the dealers and collectors.  Now you just have to 
suffer all the high prices with the other DB fans.
