Here is my cel signed by seiyuu Akira Kamiya.  He 
is going to be at Animazement again this year.  I 
don't have any other City Hunter cels, Akira also 
voiced Roy Fokker from Macross and Ashram in 
Lodoss OVA.  I have a pretty linefaded OVA Ashram, 
might get Akira to sign that and then I would have 
to try to make a correction layer for the 
linefade.
