I can add my opinion on the expected price of 
cels of Tiara.  While I only have a few, I have 
been watching the prices for well over a year.  
Joyka's price range of $150-$250 is a very good 
estimate.  Occasionally I have seen nice cels of 
Tiara under $100, once near $20, but those 
usually sell quite fast.  Any decent cel of her 
transformed, with wings, is going to run $200 and 
up. The few that I have seen of her that show her 
eyes while transformed. have run near the $400 
range.

The hard part about collecting Shamanic Princess 
cels is looking for cels from a specific scene. I 
have been looking for a cel of Tiara from the 
Fesival of Wind sequence, for quite some time 
now, and have yet to even see a single cel of her 
from that sequence :(.
