Hm good assessment. Your right it is hard to find 
a cel of Tiara from the festival, especially one 
when you actually see her face. The 
transformation cels are nice but I've been 
considering the ones when she is dressed in the 
outfit she wore when she was with her first 
partner Grim (always misspell his name) and she 
is fighting on the rooftop, I saw some pretty 
nice ones of those close up, centered but without 
background. Pity.
