Hi all,

I have a quick question that has stumped all my 
friends. I recently got a cel in that had a 
background but the bg was not handpainted. It 
looked like a print-out on a bg stock. It was the 
right size for a bg although there was nothing 
written on it. Does this perhaps mean that the 
studio used computer copies for backgrounds? Does 
anybody else have examples of this from their 
collections? What do they look like? I'd really 
like to know because I thought it was odd.
