I was browsing through YJ and came across a 
*beautiful* cel of a character I have never seen 
before.

Would cel forum etiquette permit the posting of 
the cel, even though it isn't mine, to ask who 
the charcter is, what show etc.

I ask b/c I usually don't buy a cel unless I have 
seen and liked the anime as well as the 
character. However, I don't want to anger the 
seller.

Just looking for a little feedback. Thanks!
