That's why I just *had* to know who it was. His 
name is Laucorn and he's one of the "bad guys" 
from the Fatal Fury movie. ^_^

My husband had the Fatal Fury anime laying around 
and I watched it and just *loved* the character. 
That cel also happens to be one of the single 
best shots of him from the movie, in my always so 
humble opinion. ^_~ I didn't know that until 
after I bought the cel, however, since I bought 
it before I saw the anime. ^_^

If you watch it, do what my husband made me do - 
watch the two OVAs first, then the movie. ^_^  
Laucorn's only in the movie, but the OVAs give 
you some background. As an anime done from a 
videogame, a better job was done with this than 
was done with Psychic Force - at least from the 
prospective of an audience that hasn't 
necessarily played the game.

Now I have to go find a cel of Hauer!! ^_^ Anyone 
have one they don't want? ^_~
