Hi,
  Pretty new to collecting. I amlooking to buy a 
very expensive cel that had a Laser Copy 
Background.  I was wondering if that kind of 
background is something someone made for the cel 
or was originally part of the cel.  Any help 
would be grateful.  Thanks.
