In the context of the previous message, then
Yahoo, Google, Excite, Alta Vista, etc.. . . are
wrong as well for 'directlink'-ing to sites.  All
search engines directly link to a site; this is
not unusual at all.  I highly doubt one search
engine can steal so much traffic to cause a site
to go down, even with traffic generated by several
search engines.  Again, it is NO different from
all the gazillion of other search engines out
there that visit site after site after site.  You
could just try a similar search in another search
engine and get the same results.
