Hi, and welcome to an addicting hobby. ^_^

The only machine made cels that I have seen are
the reproduction cels released by a few studios
in the past few years. The most famous probably
being the Evangelion set, which at any given
moment there are always a few up on Ebay. It’s
not always easy to tell if a scanned cel is a
machine repo or not, due to varying scan
qualities. If there is any doubt about a
particular cel, ask here and I’m sure someone
will be able to answer your question. As for
the machine printed cels value, they are
generally much less valuable than hand painted
cels as they can be cranked out in the hundreds,
in the time it takes one hand painted cel to be
produced.

Cels of Azalyn from the TV series are extremely
rare. And even the OAV cels of her are rare, but
not quite as much. Usually any cel of Ayzaln that
is posted on any of the well known anime dealers
is snatched up in a matter of minutes, if not
seconds. I've only found a few Ayzaln cels that
I've been there "first" on, in 8 months of
searching. I basically heard that most of the
cels from the first part of the series, up to
episode 20 or so, were destroyed, and that is why
there is is so few cels out there. Not sure if
this is true, but is kind of seems true, as all
of the tv cels I have are from the last few
episodes.

There are a handful of galleries out there with
TV Ayzaln cels, and every now and then they sell
one or two. So there is hope yet. And even if
they are not for sale, there is some nice images
in some galleries.
