I've been thinking about this a lot today (I'm 
sick and bored.... ^_^), and I can't figure it 
out. Sailor Moon has 200 episodes, so there 
should just be a whole LOT of cels, right? 
Especially of Usagi. But the cels are still so 
incredibly expensive. Even *ugly* ones, with 
weird or tiny characters seem to be up there (to 
me anyway). Is it JUST due to the incredible 
popularity of Sailor Moon, or did Toei not 
release all the cels or something like that? 
Someone clue me in here. ^.^
