It doesn't matter how many episodes there were 
to these series. The quantity in these instances 
is a non-factor in price (It just means there are 
alot more expensive ones floating around). 
Popularity rules the market; both of these series 
are red hot when compared to rare, unknown 
series. Plus if you look closely at the cels 
there are many different looks the same character 
could have (this is especially true for 
Dragonball) throughout all the different 
episodes. This makes each cel unique in its own 
way. Price is what someone is willing to pay to 
own that cel and right now people are willing to 
pay alot for good cels in Sailor Moon and 
Dragonball. <--- very popular with collectors...
