Ok, I agree with that. I should of made it a 
little more clear with what I ment really.
But auctions have been closed early without the 
buyout price, the high bidder was actually the 
person who did make a good offer higher than it 
ended with on eBay.

Yes, that's true and I would probably do the same.

Ok, now on this we do NOT know if the shop 
confirmed it or not. That's in the open right 
now, kenshinlvr did not mention anything of 
confirmed or not, if the shop did confirm that 
would not right, but if the shop did NOT confirm 
at the time is that actually not right if the 
shop decides to sell it for more?
I would like to know that.
