I don't buy into that at all, if I like it, then I get it. I 
know a lot of collectors like to place grades on 
their cels, but I don't do that. I bought them, so 
I must have liked them. I have TONS of cels 
where the eyes are closed, but that's not a bad 
thing by any means. All in all, buy what makes 
you happy, that's what I get out of collecting.
