Although I think 99 percent of the time
you don't get extra cels for nothing, I do
recall one seller who sent me some extra
pieces because he said I "overbid" on his
auctions.  I was shocked (in a nice way).  How
often do you find sellers who include stuff 
because they think you paid them too much?  I
doubt it's very often... -_-

As for as giving away cels because someone
can't afford it... that's a nice idea, but
when many cels are worth over $100 (and
many above that worth over $1000) I can't imagine
anyone sane "giving" them away, no matter how
"deserving" the other person may be.  $5 cel,
maybe.  $500 cel ... absolutely not!  I 
appreciate the pieces the seller sent me (and
honestly one of them is one of my favorites
because it's so charming) but do wonder if
he's on the brink of insanity for not selling
them - on eBay they probably would've fetched
around $90-$120 total.  :)
