Dear Shawnna,

You're welcome =), and be careful when using those
solvents to remove the paint!  Q-tips and
toothpicks have been the recommended instruments
in such a delicate operation because the rubbing
alcohol (or mineral spirits) will also REMOVE any
line painted on the surface of the cel as well.
Just make sure you go slowly in small areas ;).
