Hi there, cool deal!

If you have cels that need some refurbishing, or 
touching up, or completely restored, you can send 
the cel to Fine Toon animation gallery in 
Houston, Texas.  They in turn, will send the cel 
to a woman in California who does cel 
restorations.  She used to work at Disney as an 
animator, so she knows just how to clean cels 
up.  She does this for a VERY good price too.  I 
was told she did an amazing job on a Malifacent 
cel, a 3700$ cel!!!!  And for only about 120$!

very nice, I bought my All Dog's cel with 
background from them too.  I plan on taking a few 
of my FY's to them next month for some framing 
jobs, and I'll take this Nuri cel and have them 
send him off to get his face cleaned up!  Haha,
