This is exactly what has recently happened to
me... I sent the payment to a guy named Aaron
Murphy (I am also posting this as a caution to
anyone who is considering dealing with him) about
3 months ago, he kept telling me how he sent the
cel and it got returned (e.g. he used the wrong
address). He tried this excuse around 3 times!
Finally, I saw the cel on ebay! When I
confronted him about it, he was like "opps sorry"
and said he would send the cel (of course this
never happened). After this I began to ask him
to return my money, at which time he told me he
was moving to Japan and will not return any of my
messages. All I want is what I have paid for...
but a lawsuit is such a hassle (at least I
presume). It is dishonest people like this
seller who make it difficult to want to be a
collector. I have kept all of our transactions
(emails mostly) on file, which prove we had and
deal and that he recived the payment. What do
you all think I should do????

Thanks for your advice,
jon
