Over my issue.. certainly not.  As I said I'm 
upset by the whole thing, but as Yann said 
mistakes can happen.  I have every intention of 
continuing to do business with the seller it 
occured with. I just wanted to whine to some ears 
that would understand being so distraught over a 
piece of plastic and some paint.

Now if I'd say, PAID someone for a cel and then 
they turned around and sold it.. well that would 
be another matter entirely and then I might be 
seeking some legal council if the seller didn't 
give my money back, but that's hardly what 
happened here.

But thanks for reading my post and sympathizing 
with it!
