I swaer I saw this on TV recently, from the Cell 
Saga in DBZ. I think this scene was when Cell 
knocked Gohan into the mountain, and then 
he powered up and walked out of the debris. It 
could be weird lighting or something, but I 
remember his gi being purple, not blue. It is 
from DBZ though, not GT. Hope this helps.
