That is from DbZ without a doubt. I don't think 
its from the playstation intro. (I think ssj2 
Gohan had red sweatbands in that one). I'd bet 
its from the cell saga. He has that mark of blood 
on his head. The background is incorrect, that 
might be why the ki looks off? Its a very hot 
cel! I wish I could bid on but won't.
