I totally agree with you when you say they are fake 
misa (and I really hate dragonball :P, sorry to u 
luvrs out there)  but if you notice the sample you 
gave that it is BACKWARDS...what i think he did was 
sacanned it really huge, cropped it and then 
backwards it?  but they are definately fake...I 
would have thoguht someone painted it but that cant 
be possible cuz of the dots like you said...dont 
know why he did it that  way...
