Maybe this guy actually DOES have a cel.  But not 
in the real production sense.  He couldve just 
scanned the stuff like the cards and video box and 
printed them onto transparencies which would give 
you the same appearance of dots, be backwards, 
8x11 size, cheapo price etc... And presto, he's 
made himself a "cel".
