Ugh...so I'm a relatively new...and when I 
started this cel collecting late February...I said 
to myself "200? on a piece of celluloid with 
paint? no way!"

...a month later...

Oh...but that  cel is so nice...and it's actually a 
good deal.  Fine 300 it is.  Am I insane?  

Actually, I should save up to buy some cels at 
Fanime.  Is anyone else going to Fanime?  
Since I'm new...anyone got any tips as to what 
to do at convention cel trading/buying??  Is 
there any taboo's that I should know before 
hand??  Is haggling allowed ^^.  

While I'm at it...anyone got any dream cels they 
want me to keep an eye on?  If no one buys 
it...you can at least know which dealer has it in 
inventory and you can email them later on and 
buy it ^^.
