Don't you think that AFTER you sell the cel to 
someone,...it's no longer yours to decide what 
they do with it?  I mean, what if the person 
needs to raise some money and has to part with 
the cel?  I think that's being a bit presumptuous 
for you to assume that the buyer would agree to 
something like that? 

If I were selling the cel and once it were out of 
my hands,...I have no rights to it after that.  
If the buyer decides to sell it then,...that's 
their prerogative to do so.
