She also has a right to decide what kind of 
people she wants to deal with in terms of selling 
her items.  Most people on this forum have no 
respect for pure resellers who are only out to 
make a profit and thus drive up the prices of 
cels.  If she doesn't want her cels to be a part 
of that, she has every right to screen buyers, 
and to not deal with someone like that in the 
future.
