99.9% of the time I've noticed that it's usually
right after another "big name" site updates
similar cels or cels from whatever series you
were selling. The person who offered to buy the
individual sellers cels usually wants both (and
impulse buys) and then figures it's easier to
ditch the individual seller than a big name
seller (like Anime Taro) because the big name
seller is more likely to ban them (meaning the
loss of a huge amount of cels because the dealer
constantly has new stock) if they don't pay.
Screwing the individual dealer over only means
that they are going to be banned from buying 10-
20 cels instead of 1000-2000 cels.

I've also had things happen where the parents
found out that the kid was spending his college
tuition money on cels, or someone ran up their
credit card, or they can't make their house
payment, or whatever -_-#
