Hello

I've had this happen to me before. Someone had 
even told me they had sent payment for the cel 
already, and then suddenly decided they wanted 
another cel out of my personal collection instead 
and still wouldn't admit they never sent the 
money for the other. I later learned (from 
someone else -_-) that the reason I never 
recieved the payment was that the person wanted 
it to trade with someone and I guess the the 
buyer was mistaken and the other person actually 
wasn't interested in the cel. 
I simply decided not to deal with them again, I 
must have made the right decision since they were 
recently mentioned on here for dissapearing in 
the middle of a transaction.
