The only place to have "non-picture" item
professional framed where I live is an arts and
crafts store. I had a cel framed in a simple
silver frame, double matted with UV glass. I paid
$125. I remember Excel selling an OVA Ayeka cel
that was already professional framed and matted
for $90. Is $125 too much, or is this the average
