$125???!!!   Oh boy, were you gouged!  The price 
for professional framing shouldn't be more than $50 
or so.  The frame itself is about $15 - $25, the 
matte boards $10, the glass maybe $5, plus labor 
and hardware cost of $5 - $15.  
Then you can always do it yourself and save 
yourself about half.  Anyone can do a 
"professional" job.  Most of the people that do the 
framing at the craft or frame store are trained 
there when they get hired anyway.
