The previous post is correct, bustakei is the ID 
for Celga's Deputy Service.

But what's the big deal?  Lots of collectors snipe 
auctions, it's a very standard tactic.  Besides, 
the Celga bidders are putting in their customer's 
maximum bid at the last minute, so even if their 
bid is $300 over the last winning bid, it will 
only appear as an incremental increase.  How can 
you tell if bustakei's max bid is only the 
smallest amount higher than the next highest 
bid? 

Sorry you lost your auctions though.  That can be 
a real bummer.  Here's to hoping some more DB cels 
will come your way...
