Two or so weeks ago the same seller had a cel of 
Skuld that was a repo cel.  But personally I 
think that he just did not know that it was a 
repo (or the people who were biding on it).  You 
just have to check every individual cel for Ah My 
Goddess.

But this in no was means that this current cel of 
bell is a repo.
