Sorry, but I am pretty sure that that one is a 
repo.
One of the shaded (green) section on her shirt 
appears as a non-shaded section in comparison to 
the episode.

I believe it was on the right side (bottom in you 
pic) and is the middle of the three shaded 
sections.  But it was a while ago that I checked 
so I could be wrong.
Also, going by the picture in the cel that 
section does look like it should be a shaded 
green color, so I am not sure why it was not that 
way in the episode (maybe a small error in 
production).

The cel is from episode 4, a little bit after 
keiicha falls off the roof.  The scene right 
after they see a bug jumping away in the distance.
