Its really not as expensive as you would think. 
Especially if you frame them yourself. As long as 
you have all the materials, its really easy to 
get the hang of. (UV protective glass and non-
acidic materials). The biggest problem with the 
cels is fading so you also have to try and avoid 
moisture and direct light. 

 Framing and having the cels displayed is 
definitly the way to go. I get to see the 
beauties each and everyday without pulling out a 
cel book....
