I used to work in a framing shop and all of my 
favorite cels get framed. I've had some on my wall 
for three years now and there's never been the 
slightest bit of trouble -- and there shouldn't be 
if the cel is properly framed.

I don't want to be a bitch about it, but if your 
cels are fading, even with the best framing care, 
it's probably the fault of the cels, not the 
framing job. I just don't want you to scare people 
away from framing! I think that a good, archival 
framing job is the best way to preserve a cel.
