I've seen a rare few cels from both series on 
Taro's site.  I would search there and at other 
Japanese sites.  Apart from Gundam, I don't see 
many super robot and mecha anime cels being 
imported to the US.  When I do see a cel, it is 
almost always on an overseas site.
