this, as for character cels there isn't much 
hope for you since Yann monopolizes them.

Asylum also has GunBuster cels, but as for 
character cels Yann also has them too but its 
HIGHLY unlikely he'll sell anything. You can 
TRY to ask.

Lastly as for JP dealers they tend not to carry 
any from either series as BOTH are over 10 
YEARS old. I use to collect them but stopped 
b/c of a VERY poor selection available and that 
was five years ago. Good luck all the same.
