Yes, the mail service is a little slow lately. :( 
I had a cel shipped to me via USPS priority mail 
on the 21st of Sept and didn't receive it until 
the 5th of October. :/ (Sent from IN to TX...)  
But then I've had something shipped Priority and 
received it in the normal 2 days.. not sure what 
caused the delay for the first package.
