it arrived in Japan to the seller Oct 6, so 
hopefully yours is not lost.  

All large packages are probably being inspected 
for bomb materials these days, so that further 
delays the delivery.  If it has to go by air, it 
will be even worse.    

The post office now requires you show ID if you 
want to send a package over 1 lb.
