Make sure that you buy a Zenbu magazine that is 
current, if you don't you will waste your time 
and money. The current issue is no. 12, and you 
cannot copy the postcard and duplicate it to 
increase your chances (or copy it off of the 
Internet to do the same) Each postcard has an 
issue number (serial number) printed on it. You 
have to buy another magazine if you want to 
increase your chances! I have heard of people 
buying 50 in one month at $14 dollars an issue! 
It is possible to win, I have twice from one 
issue, but you must pay for your prize! This 
lottery only gives you the chance to buy, not out 
right win for free, so remember that when you 
select your "dream" cel or whatever it is that 
you want.
