Depends on where you are. If you can go to a 
Mandarake store you can pick one up there,that 
is, if they are not sold out. If that is not 
possible, you can try to contact them by e-mail

Write a letter and ask for the latest "Zenbu" 
edition, or the next edition actually. It would 
probably be too late to order issue #12 if you 
wanted to enter the lottery.
