There are cels of hotaru/saturn for less than 
$2000 on the update.  Maybe she wasn't dressed as 
a senshi, but there were a few nice cels of her.  
Those cels are very very rare and very very 
expensive- Why don't you just get the nicer 
headshot of her as Hotaru for $600?
(I mean, if you are looking at Saturn cels you 
have got to be willing to spend at least that 
much.  Not that that isn't a lot, but for 
example- I want an evangelion cel of asuka or rei 
but I won't spend $1000 or even $500, so I'm not 
going to get one.)
