Just a suggestion..If the dealers prices are
to much for your budget(which they are mine alot 
of times^_^;;)

Watch E-bay they have beautiful sailor Moon cels 
sometimes or with the current "Gundam Wing" craze 
alot of collectors are selling off their own 
collection to get these cels(And they let them go 
for what they paid for it sometimes)

Thats how I get my cels alot of time you just 
have to be willing to  put the time in and watch 
everywhere!

Taro may be expensive but sometimes some of their 
stuff isn't just depends on preferance:)
