They were ok when i ordered from them. I ordered 
loads from them & they were pretty fast with the 
responses but the quality of the responses & 
their customer service wasn't that good.

They also tend to ignore questions u ask about 
cels!  So when u buy a cel it's best to assume 
there is no sketch!

They also overcharged me for shipping.

But overall i will still buy from them 
(grudgingly) as they have plenty of nice cels... 
but very expensive as always!
