I think that their promptness also depends on the 
value of the cel you are ordering. I for example 
ordered a $800 cel, I recived comfirmation 2 days 
later (sunday) sent out payment the following day 
with a follow-up e-mail alerting them that the 
money was sent alnog with scans of the IPMO and 
postage reciept (this was at the time when they 
were black listing every one) 2 weeks later i e-
mailed them inquireing about the status of the 
payment, that day they responded saying they had 
recived it and gave me a tracking number that 
would be activated soon. Few days later i was 
able to track the package. Then (belive it or 
not) the cel arrived on a Sunday! Special 
Delivery... Needless to say i was shocked! The 
cel was also very well packaged an clean of any 
dust... It was a 2 layer cel, the cels were stuck 
together but it doesnt look like they tried to 
remove them; the cel and the background were 
completely unstuck but stapled together (oh well, 
right, chances are though, it was aquired like 
that from the studio becuase they were all end 
key cels)
