Once I thought it was Ok until someone on this 
forum made a very good copy of an expensive cel I 
purchased.  I posted the image on this forum.
The person swore up and down that they like the 
cel and could not afford the original and just 
wanted a copy of it for them selves to enjoy.

Months later I happen to see them selling it on 
ebay.  O Joy!
