Value of a cel is always a question. This cel 
will not hit the reserve. I think it is somewhere 
in the $3000 range. Personally i think this guy 
just want to get a good idea of the value of this 
cel. There is nothing to stop anyone of us to 
list a cel with a ridiculous reserve. If it 
doesn't hit the reserve then fine. If someone is 
crazy enough to bid the price then the better for 
the seller.
